Halton Event Rentals is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring our event gear is in top condition, our warehouse runs smoothly, and our customers receive excellent service. Whether you are prepping equipment for a weekend event or loading trucks for delivery, your work will directly contribute to making our clients' events a success.
What You'll Do:
-Set up and break down tents and various event equipment on-site.
-Load and unload delivery trucks while keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
-Clean, inspect, and maintain gear to ensure every item is pristine and rental-ready.
-Greet customers during pickups and drop-offs, ensure rental agreements are signed, and accurately update our rental management software.
-Assist with general warehouse upkeep and provide overall support to the team as needed.
What You Need:
Experience:
-A background in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations.
-Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Comfortable learning basic software systems (we will provide full training on our specific platforms).
-Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and available to work weekends during our peak event seasons.
