Overview
Investigate computer and e-commerce fraud under various streams of information: credit cards involved with e-ticket transactions, park information and external partner’s programs/security software.

This position pays $14.85 per hour.

Qualifications
Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of eConnect and Accertify training programs
Enrolled in a post-secondary Forensic Accounting/Computer Security program or possess equivalent work experience
Previous experience with unencrypted data is an asset
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
Present a professional manner and positive attitude
Candidates must be able to work effectively under pressure
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and on weekends
Must be able to adapt to working in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities

Investigate computer and e-commerce fraud under various streams of information: credit cards involved with e-ticket transactions, park information and external partner’s programs/security software.
Liaise with outside agencies and guests to collect and investigate potential cyber fraud situations
Perform data mining duties and follow up on potential leads
Use surveillance monitors to support the investigation process
Work with Loss Prevention Management on investigations
Complete reports and follow-up in a timely manner as required
Documentation/filing as required
Use park data-base systems and other programs to collect/analyze data
All other duties as assigned
