Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time permanent Clinic Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic and providing an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time position based onsite at our Bedford HearCANADA Clinic. Hours are Monday-Friday 9-4:30pm. Start date is August 31st, 2026.
What you'll do:
- Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic.
- Manage the clinic schedule by booking and scheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or provide appointment reminders.
- Accepting and managing payments, support with maintaining physical and electronic records.
- Communicating with hearing aid manufacturers, insurance companies, and government agencies.
- Educate clients on billing and payment options; perform billing duties as assigned
- Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and respond to product questions.
- Cleaning and sanitizing spaces and equipment and spaces.
- Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community.
What we're looking for:
- You have experience in a client-facing role; working in health, retail or food and beverage, a busy office, or a clinic environment.
- A people person! You genuinely enjoy working with people and are comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as a trusted choice for hearing care services.
- You are highly organized and detail oriented.
