Client Experience Consultant (Part-Time)
Fontaine Photography is an award-winning portrait studio serving women, families, couples, and business owners across the Greater Vancouver area. Our mission is to help people feel confident, empowered, and celebrated through a luxury photography experience.
We're looking for a warm, confident, people-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Consultant.
You'll be meeting with clients over Zoom, helping them envision and plan their photoshoot, answering questions, and guiding them through pricing and product options.
Position Details
- Remote & in-person when needed for coverage
- Part-time (10-15 hours per week to start)
- Flexible scheduling
- Starting at $25/hour

What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting Zoom consultations with clients
- Building rapport and creating an exceptional client experience
- Helping clients build their vision for their photoshoot
- Explaining our studio process and products
- Handling objections and confidently guiding clients toward pre-purchasing a collection
- Updating client notes and CRM records
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous sales, customer service, or consultation experience
- Is comfortable speaking with people over Zoom
- Builds trust and connection quickly
- Has strong communication skills
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is coachable and open to feedback
- Is able to sell high-ticket products and collections with confidence
- Loves helping people feel seen, confident, and excited
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in luxury services, coaching, beauty, wellness, or personal branding
- CRM experience
- Experience with virtual sales consultations
