We are seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Associate to join our operations team. This role will involve the operation of heavy equipment and various general duties that are essential to our yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment, including loaders and forklifts.
- safely load and unload freight trucks.
- Assist with yard maintenance and snow removal.
- load and unload baggage from airplanes.
- Assist with fueling airplanes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience operating frontend loaders and forklifts.
- Ability to work as a contributing team member.
- strong work ethic and reliability.
- willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50LBS
- Must have Valid class 5 license with clean current drivers abstract.
- Class 3 license preferred but not necessary.
Working Conditions
- This position requires you to work out side, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
- This position operates on a 2 week on, 2 week off rotation in a remote camp setting.
- Flights from Saskatoon or Prince Albert and camp accommodations and meals are provided.
