Responsibilities

- Perform automotive repairs including sanding, filling, painting preparation, and refinishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within established timeframes
- Follow safety protocols diligently when handling tools, chemicals, and heavy components
- Document repair processes accurately for quality control and customer records
Skills
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to interpret damage assessments and execute precise repairs
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report progress
