Job Overview

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and surrounding spaces
- Clear tables of used dishes and utensils, ensuring a tidy environment for guests
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when needed
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards during all service activities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after shifts
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, serving, and basic cleaning procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
