Summary: We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, an organized professional receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required
- Daily cash report
- Manage cash, debit, and credit purchases
- Complete supply orders
- Ship products using Purolator and prepare outgoing mail for Canada Post
- Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership
- Provide administrative support and secretarial services to assigned staff.
- Make travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and distribute incoming mail
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to use a computer effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven to build trust and maintain relationships
- Comfortable talking on the telephone
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Previous receptionist experience, or office experience (1-2 years)
