Lifemark Health Group (LHG) is a market leader in customized healthcare solutions. With over 20 years of service excellence, LHG is one of the largest, most trusted, and most comprehensive providers in Canada. As a national healthcare company, LHG employs over 5,000 highly trained clinicians, medical experts, and team members in almost 400 locations coast-to-coast and continues to grow both organically as well as through acquisitions. With that growth is a vision to be the most innovative healthcare provider in community rehabilitation, workplace health and wellness, and medical assessment services. Lifemark was acquired by Loblaw Companies on May 10, 2022.
Over the past three years, Lifemark has delivered 47% compound annual growth through a combination of organic expansion and acquisition. This pace of growth has created significant opportunity and increased complexity. Rapid scale inevitably introduces operational inconsistency, process fragmentation, leadership bandwidth strain, capital allocation risk, and the potential for strategic dilution.
Lifemark is now entering the next phase of its evolution: professionalizing the organization without slowing momentum. The mandate is clear: continue growing at approximately 20% annually while strengthening the operational foundation, capital discipline, and enterprise focus required to scale sustainably.
This role sits at the center of that transition.
Role Overview:
The Vice President, Performance & Strategic Execution is responsible for ensuring that Lifemark’s growth ambition is translated into focused, economically disciplined, and strategically sequenced execution.
Reporting directly to the CEO & President, this leader owns the enterprise view of:

Multi-year strategic planning and roadmap development
-
Capital allocation governance and investment discipline
-
Initiative portfolio prioritization and capacity management
-
Enterprise performance architecture and analytics
-
Executive, Board, and parent-level performance reporting
The mandate is clear: ensure that capital, leadership attention, and organizational capacity are concentrated on the highest-value strategic priorities, and that growth decisions reflect explicit tradeoffs between speed, sustainability, margin, and integration complexity.
