Pay rate: $19.80 per hour
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 11am to 7:30 pm
Location: Oakville

Trillium Interim Staffing is currently in need of Shipper/Shipping Associate in Oakville, ON. Selected individuals will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:
Job Duties:
- Accurately pick, pack, wrap, and label products according to shipping orders and client specifications.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and offload incoming shipping materials manually or using material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to shipment; verify item quantities and part numbers against packing slips and shipping manifests.
- Secure shipments onto pallets using stretch wrap, strapping, or banding; stage packed orders in designated loading zones.
- Complete daily shipping logs, record tracking details, and apply proper shipping labels and hazardous material stickers where required.
- Keep work areas, packing station, and shipping dock clean, clear of debris, and compliant with safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout a shift.
- Must have at least one year of warehouse work experience as General Labour.
- Previous shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to read pick sheets, match SKU numbers, and identify shipping discrepancies.
- Must be trained on manual pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, and basic hand tools.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable wearing steel-toed safety shoes.
