Background:
Kyndryl’s government client requires a consultant to guide the design, development and implementation of an Identity and Access Management solution system on new infrastructure based on Microsoft Identity Manager. This work will include integration with some internal systems and cover; the IAM Solution Architecture and Design; the IAM Implementation in the Test Environment; and the IAM Implementation in the Target Environment.

Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft IAM solution in a Federal Government Department
Responsibilities:

Review and update the IAM solution architecture and target state design as required
-
Review and update the implementation requirements specification as required
-
Develop an implementation strategy and execution plan
-
Provide support and assistance for the security assessment
-
Review the installation and configuration of the MIM solution in the test environment, propose and implement changes if required
-
Develop, implement and test business processes (develop workflows and configure solution) based on the client’s use cases using the MIM workflow engine
-
Configure the MIM solution in the test environment based on business requirements
-
Perform validation and verification in the test environment
-
Develop and prepare the installation and configuration guide for target environment

Provide in-class training to in-service support group
-
Prepare a service management plan
-
Review and update MIM implementation execution plan

Assist and support the TS cleared resource with the implementation and configuration of MIM in target environment

Assist and support the TS cleared resource with the validation and verification of the implemented solution

Develop and provide training for users, administrators and support personnel
-
Provide support and assistance for the security assessment

Develop a service management plan

Assist and support the TS cleared resource in post implementation support
