Tuc's Contracting is currently seeking experienced Hydrovac Operators to join our team. As a Hydrovac Operator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Utility locates

Trenching
-
Tank cleaning
-
Debris removal and tank cleanouts

Piling and pole hole excavation
-
Dewatering
-
Small pipe flushing
-
Sump cleanouts
-
Equipment cleaning (with or without chemicals)

Hydrotesting
In addition, you will actively participate in all safety initiatives, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, pumps, equipment, and tools, and complete all required billing and timecards accurately.
The shift rotation for this position is 14 days on, 7 off. Shift schedules are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate operational and employee needs.

Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence

Clean 3-year Driver's Abstract and Commercial Driver's Abstract

Minimum 3-5 years of hydrovac operating experience

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Valid First Aid, CSTS, OSSA, Ground Disturbance, Confined Space Entry, Confined Space Monitor, and Fall Arrest certifications

Must be eligible to access major oil sands sites (no site restrictions or bans)
