About the Role
Araujo Sportswear & Promotions is looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are necessarily the same. We're looking for someone who is comfortable jumping between creative work, apparel production, online stores, order preparation and general day-to-day tasks.
One day you may be working on a team store or preparing graphics, and the next you may be printing and pressing shirts, packing orders or organizing products.
We're looking for someone who is organized, creative, willing to learn and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You'll Do
Apparel & Production
- Print and apply DTF transfers to shirts, jerseys, hoodies and other apparel
- Operate a heat press
- Prepare apparel orders for customers and teams
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy
- Fold, sort, label and pack orders
- Organize apparel, transfers and production supplies
- Assist with shipping and order fulfillment
Graphics & Design
- Create basic apparel mockups and product designs
- Work with customer logos and artwork
- Prepare artwork for printing
- Make minor edits to existing artwork
- Help create product images and graphics for online stores
Online Stores & Orders
- Create and update team and organization stores using OrderMyGear
- Add products, graphics, pricing and descriptions
- Monitor and process online orders
- Organize orders and prepare them for production
- Help keep online stores accurate and up to date
Promotional Products
- Assist with promotional product orders including hats, bags, bottles, awards and other branded merchandise
- Prepare product mockups
- Organize incoming promotional products
- Help coordinate customer orders from start to finish
General Support
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the business
- Organize inventory and work areas
- Help with receiving and organizing products
- Assist with purchase orders and supplier orders
- Help wherever needed to keep orders moving
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is versatile and willing to learn.
The ideal person is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and has a good eye for design
- Comfortable learning new software and platforms
- Interested in apparel, graphics, sports or promotional products
- Comfortable working on their feet and doing hands-on work
- Able to lift and move boxes and products as needed
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to help
- A team player with a positive attitude
Experience That Would Be an Asset
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Graphic design
- Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- DTF printing
- Heat pressing
- Apparel decoration
- Sports apparel
- OrderMyGear or other e-commerce platforms
- Promotional products
- Online store management
- Shipping and order fulfillment
You do not need experience in all of these areas. We're looking for the right person who is willing to learn and grow with the business.
Hours & Compensation
- $20+/hour to start, based on experience
- 18–24 hours per week to start
- Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Part-time position
- Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the business grows

The position will start as a hands-on support role, but there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility over time in areas such as online stores, graphics, production, customer orders and day-to-day operations.
