Fahrhall Home Comfort Specialists, a Division of Vollmer Inc., is seeking a driven and customer-focused Home Comfort Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a rewarding career with one of the region's most trusted home comfort providers.
As a Home Comfort Sales Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, water heating, and indoor air quality needs, recommend customized solutions, and guide customers through the purchase process.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided and self-generated leads
- Conduct in-home consultations and comfort assessments
- Recommend heating, cooling, water heating, and indoor air quality solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and financing options
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology, email, and CRM systems
Preferred Experience
- HVAC or home comfort sales
- Home improvement sales
- Automotive sales
- Real estate
- Insurance or financial services
- Commission-based sales environments
HVAC experience is an asset but is not required. We will provide product and industry training for the right candidate.
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Position
