Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with some longer days including off‑site travel as needed.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the electrical trade, enjoys hands‑on work, and wants to contribute to building high‑quality homes for families across the region.
As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Red Seal Electricians and production staff to install electrical systems in manufactured and mini homes built right here in our facility.
Typical Work Day
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the installation of residential electrical systems in newly built manufactured and mini homes
- Pull wire, install fixtures, receptacles, panels, and other electrical components
- Follow electrical code requirements and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members in a production‑style environment
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Learn and grow under the supervision of certified electricians

What's Most Important
What We’re Looking For
- Registered 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice (required)
- Basic understanding of residential electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team-focused environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required
