Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Dispose of trash, recycling and compost properly
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their cleaning needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.
Skills
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for basic facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
