Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential patient care across various settings including hospitals, clinics, and pediatric facilities. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services and promote recovery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate healing and improve mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country
- Prior experience in hospital settings preferred, especially in acute care environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients and staff
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical standards
Pay: $29.65-$80.00 per hour
