We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer with 2–5 years of professional detailing experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and is looking to continue building their career in the automotive industry within a professional and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) with precision and attention to detail.
- Detail and prepare luxury vehicles to the highest standards.
- Prepare vehicles for guest delivery, including complete interior and exterior detailing.
- Apply ceramic coatings, paint sealants, and other vehicle protection products.
- Perform full three-stage polishing.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets Lexus presentation standards.
- Inspect vehicles and report any cosmetic defects or concerns.
- Perform minor paint correction, scratch removal, and blemish repairs using buffers, polishers and wet sanding techniques.
- Deliver a consistently premium finish that reflects the Lexus brand.
- Maintain inventory of detailing chemicals, compounds, tools, equipment and supplies required to efficiently complete assigned work.
- Keep the detailing area clean, organized and professional.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Experience installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and/or 3M products.
- Experience with paint correction, machine polishing and vehicle protection products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
