The Role
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you will deliver an experience that reflects the brand’s philosophy: The Best or Nothing. In luxury automotive, emotion is not accidental—it is the result of preparation, product knowledge, and a disciplined process that allows clients to feel confident, excited, and cared for.
You will be supported by structured training, clear expectations, and experienced leadership, enabling you to focus on relationship-building rather than transactional selling. For those who excel, clear progression into higher Mercedes-Benz segments is available.
What You Will Do
- Represent Mercedes-Benz entry and core models with confidence, precision, and brand pride
- Create meaningful emotional connections by guiding clients through a refined, well-thought-out sales process
- Deliver a premium, client-centered experience from first contact through delivery and ownership
- Conduct professional demonstrations and test drives that align product features with lifestyle and aspiration
- Follow established Mercedes-Benz and dealership processes—because consistency creates trust and emotion
- Participate fully in training, certification, and coaching to continually elevate your expertise
- Provide thoughtful follow-up and long-term client care that defines your personal reputation
- Build a sustainable client base through referrals, relationships, and repeat business
- Support dealership events, launches, and brand experiences as part of a collaborative team
What You Bring
- Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or luxury environments is an asset
- A strong belief that process and preparation elevate the client experience
- Commitment to ongoing training and continuous improvement
- Professional communication skills and a polished, composed presence
- Ability to thrive in a structured environment where details and consistency matter
- Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and accountability
- Desire to grow into higher segments of the Mercedes-Benz portfolio over time
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Career Development
This is not a commission-only role.
