Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and the ability to operate towing equipment effectively.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, including vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
- Perform vehicle recovery and towing services while ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of towing equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including mileage and vehicle condition reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist with minor mechanical repairs or diagnostics as needed during roadside assistance calls.
Skills
- Proficient in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and appropriate endorsements.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
- Experience in customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with forklift operations is a plus for loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
