We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Registered Kinesiologist who thrives in a collaborative environment but is confident thinking independently and taking initiative. This full-time role is perfect for someone excited to make a tangible difference in women’s health, contribute to a forward-thinking team, and help shape the future of prenatal and postpartum and menopausal physiotherapy. You’ll guide and inspire small group strength and conditioning classes for menopausal women, pregnant and postpartum women-including mom & baby sessions-helping clients move with confidence, safety, and empowerment. You’ll provide individualized exercise modifications and hands-on guidance, tailoring your expertise to each client’s unique journey. While there are some minor administrative tasks, this role is designed to grow with you, offering opportunities to expand your impact and influence within our innovative practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be available for evening classes TWO nights per week
- Combination of AM and PM shifts
- Teach small group strength & conditioning classes for:
- Pregnant people
- Postpartum people (including mom & baby)
- Perimenopause and menopausal people
- Customize and modify exercises based on client needs and fitness levels
- Provide feedback and corrections to ensure safe and effective movement
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other team members on active rehabilitation programs
- Assist with minor administrative tasks related to programming and scheduling
- Contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Registered Kinesiologist (in good standing)
Preferred Experience
- Experience teaching small group strength classes
- Background working with pregnant or postpartum women
- Experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
