Crossroads Staffing is hiring an experienced Machinist with Swiss lathe expertise for a family owned CNC manufacturing shop. Join a fast paced team where precision and craftsmanship matter.
Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
Read and interpret blueprints
Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges
Fit and assemble components to tight tolerances
Maintain and calibrate equipment
Document and report deviations
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
3–5 years machining experience, including Swiss lathe operation
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
College/CEGEP or equivalent machining experience
Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
Proficient with CNC machines, micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Blueprint interpretation
CNC and conventional machine setup
Precision measurement (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Equipment calibration and maintenance
