Budtender / Sales Associate (Part-Time)
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Budtender / Sales Associate to join our team! This is a customer-focused sales position where building relationships, providing product recommendations, and creating a great shopping experience are key.
Whether you already have cannabis retail experience or are simply passionate about customer service and sales, we'd love to hear from you. We're happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, enjoys learning, and is excited to help customers.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on products, safe use, and responsible consumption.
- Build customer relationships and confidently suggest additional products when appropriate.
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and restocking.
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
- Follow all company policies and AGCO cannabis regulations.
- Help with basic administrative and inventory tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly personality and a passion for helping people.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- An interest in sales and providing excellent product recommendations.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (POS experience is an asset).
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of math, Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful.
- Ability to lift and move boxes during restocking when needed.
- English is required
