About the Role
Snowstorm Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Junior Administrator to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this entry-level role, you will support day-to-day financial operations while carrying out essential office administration duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a career in finance within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and spreadsheets
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding billing queries
- Assist with budget monitoring and variance reporting
Office Administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the finance team
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery inventory
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with document retention and data protection policies
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Experience with data entry and maintaining financial databases
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
