The Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You will work in a supportive office environment to manage schedules, assist customers, and keep our technicians busy.
What You’ll Do Daily
- Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Outreach & Follow-Ups: Conduct proactive outreach calls to clients and follow up on estimates and completed jobs.
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Manage and optimize the schedules for our field technicians using ServiceTitan.
- Estimates & Pricing: Provide rough, over-the-phone project estimates using our established price guides.
- Account & Issue Management: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, and manage relationships with our commercial accounts.
- Administrative Support: Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to maintain accurate records and support office workflows.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing customer profiles or working in a dedicated customer service/administrative role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction, trades, or home renovation industry is a major plus, but not required.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel). Experience with ServiceTitan is an asset, but we will fully train the right person on our CRM and other internal software.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
