The Role
We are seeking passionate, disciplined, and detail oriented line cooks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing your station to the highest standards, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Station Mastery: Set up, stock, and maintain your designated station daily according to kitchen standards.
- Execution: Prepare and cook menu items to exact specifications, ensuring perfect temperature, seasoning, and presentation.
- Precision Prep: Execute daily prep lists, demonstrating strong knife skills and mastery of classic French techniques.
- Kitchen Synergy: Maintain clear, professional communication with the expo and line during high volume services.
- Food Safety: Food safety certification required.
- Cleanliness: Keep your station immaculately clean throughout service and contribute to nightly kitchen breakdown and deep cleaning.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a high volume, upscale, or fine dining kitchen (French culinary background is a major plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are paramount).
- Technique: Solid foundational cooking skills and a genuine passion for cooking.
- Stamina and Speed: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining physical stamina (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Team First Mindset: A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a desire to grow and learn as a team.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
