Booth Empire is growing, and we’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and creative Brand Ambassadors to join our event team.
Our Brand Ambassadors represent Booth Empire on-site at weddings, corporate events, brand activations, galas, festivals, and other events throughout Niagara, Hamilton, Toronto, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on event role that combines customer service, photo booth operation, event setup, and social media content creation.
You’ll be responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and packing down our photo booth experiences while interacting with guests and capturing behind-the-scenes photos and videos that showcase our events for social media.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent Booth Empire: Be the friendly, professional face of our company while working at events.
- Transport Equipment: Safely transport photo booth and event equipment to and from venues.
- Set Up Events: Arrive on time, unload equipment, and professionally set up the assigned photo booth or activation.
- Operate Photo Booths: Monitor the experience throughout the event and make sure equipment is functioning properly.
- Engage With Guests: Welcome guests, explain how the experience works, encourage participation, and create a fun atmosphere.
- Capture Social Media Content: Take high-quality photos and short-form videos throughout the event using a smartphone or company-provided equipment.
- Create Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capture booth setups, guest interactions, finished activations, branded details, venue shots, and other moments that can be used on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Identify Content Opportunities: Look for interesting moments, angles, guest reactions, and event details that help showcase the Booth Empire experience.
- Submit Event Content: Upload or send event photos and videos to the Booth Empire team following each event.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Handle basic technical issues involving cameras, printers, computers, lighting, and photo booth software.
- Client Communication: Introduce yourself to the client or event contact and communicate professionally throughout the event.
- Event Takedown: Properly dismantle, pack, and transport equipment following the event.
- Additional Event Duties: Depending on the event, assist with props, guestbooks, print stations, branded activations, AI experiences, video booths, or other interactive experiences.
