We are looking for a Part Time Night Auditor ( 11pm-7pm) for our boutique hotel in Old Montreal. There is also a possibility to complete to full time hours with front desk day hours or valet day hours.
Please, Driver License is required
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent- Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is a plus
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
