Job Description The Operations Management Co-Op will be based in Ottawa, Canada. The coop will work on challenging projects in support of real-time business issues, to develop skills and experiences. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what you'll do… Provide global leadership in design as part of Flex's ability to provide end-to-end solutions Participate in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, for tracking opportunities and quotes Gather data from various software and generate reports to yield useful metrics and analytic findings Be heavily involved in invoicing activities and ensuring accuracy as well as validating billing requests Assist in customer set up and credit checks Contract management and customer PO tracking, billing, and registering Assist Project Managers with project financial tracking, cost analysis and effort analysis.
