Trillium Operations Centre and Trillium Connect are two enterprise-wide initiatives that will transform how, when, and where we deliver care with the goal of reducing hospitalization through digitally-enabled seamless and connected care.
This role represents a unique opportunity to help map and operationalize the processes needed to launch a real-time AI enabled operational control hub that provides complete system-wide situational awareness to optimize flow and capacity, as well as the processes to allow this hub to interface with THP’s digital front-door that will deliver seamless, continuous, personalized care.
