Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
- Maintain the order and presentation of the reception area and the overall office.
- Provide administrative support to the team of agents, including organizing meetings and managing schedules.
- Update and maintain informational materials for clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Skills in using office software (MS Office) and office equipment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
