Damara Day Spa, located within Fallsview Casino Resort, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Spa Operations Coordinator/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and front desk to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach and support reception staff, spa attendants and therapists.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Coordinate therapist schedules and maximize treatment room utilization.
- Monitor bookings, rebooking rates, retail sales and overall spa performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain invoices, supplier accounts and vendor information.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee timekeeping.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts, orientation and personnel files.
- Organize ongoing staff training and professional development.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and workplace standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering with suppliers.
- Maintain treatment room standards and operational procedures.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Research industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to increase revenue, improve operations and grow the business.
- Work closely with ownership to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in spa, hospitality, hotel or luxury service management.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and spa booking software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, scheduling and basic business reporting is an asset.
