Driver & Boat Shrink Wrapper

Full-Time Seasonal Position

Redkenn RPM is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team for the busy fall storage season as a Driver & Boat Shrink Wrapper.
This is a hands-on position primarily involving the transportation, handling, and shrink wrapping of boats and personal watercraft throughout the Kennisis Lake and surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and transport customer boats and personal watercraft for winter storage
- Safely tow a variety of boat and PWC trailers
- Launch and load boats at local boat launches
- Confidently back up and maneuver trailers
- Move and organize boats and trailers throughout the marina yard
- Prepare boats for winter storage
- Build shrink-wrap support structures and properly shrink wrap boats
- Ensure boats are securely wrapped, properly vented, and protected for the winter
- Assist with storage organization and general yard duties
- Inspect trailers and towing equipment before transportation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist the team wherever needed during the busy fall storage season
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience towing boats and trailers is strongly preferred
- Comfortable launching and loading boats
- Previous marina, boat handling, towing, or shrink-wrapping experience is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors throughout the day
- Comfortable working in changing fall weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of handling customers’ boats and equipment with care.
Marine experience and previous shrink-wrapping experience are assets, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong driving, towing, and trailer-handling skills are especially important for this position.
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
