Job description
We're looking for an IT Support expert to protect and manage our organization's computer systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users, installing new software and hardware, conducting timely backups and monitoring daily user activity. Candidate must multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment and hold themselves accountable for results. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge pertaining to the growth of business networks and will eagerly seek out innovative ways to improve the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems in a timely manner, either on site or remotely.
Perform everything from a simple reboot to complex software installation, debugging and troubleshooting network issues.
Implement preventive network maintenance procedures.
Know how to install and use all the standard office software packages.
Preferably has:
Knowledge in databases, data extraction and SQL Scripting.
Knowledge on receiving/sending EDI documents.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
