Under the supervision of the Operations Director and in close collaboration with engineering, this position involves leading and coordinating production activities in cleanrooms for the manufacturing of space products at the ABB Measurement & Analysis site located in Quebec, QC. You will ensure continuous and efficient production operations in accordance with plans, procedures, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also be a driving force for improvement and optimization to reduce cycle times. You will contribute to the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and profitable manner by managing resources to achieve the objectives. • Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor the assembly and testing required for the manufacturing of space systems. • Lead capacity planning and resource optimization. • Proactively escalate issues. • Identify production shortcomings, propose improvements, and oversee their implementation. • Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and technical facilities. • Work closely with quality department experts to identify and resolve non-conformities. • Lead and support problem investigations and corrective actions. • Collaborate closely with the Operations Director and Project Manager to ensure the team is properly organized and staffed with competent personnel. • Work closely with the project planner to ensure a flow of materials that supports schedule suc-cess. • Report to the Project Manager and clients on productivity KPIs.

Ten years of experience in industrial production, as a supervisor or team leader, preferably in a technology-focused field.

Proven experience working on a production line.

Knowledge of SAP and VKS is an asset.

Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong written and oral communication skills.

DEC or BAC in an engineering, scientific, or technical field.

Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
