Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
Decorate and finish products for serving or display
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry area
Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu items
Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met
