Operating for over 20 years, our clinic serves a network of over 1600 physicians and specializes exclusively in high-quality vascular ultrasound services. We collaborate closely with local vascular surgeons to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. As part of our growing clinic, you’ll not only play a key role in the day-to-day operations but also represent our team in the wider medical community.

In addition to in-clinic responsibilities, this role includes occasional travel to nearby doctor offices to communicate with referral relationships. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administrative work with professional outreach.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth patient and physician experience
- Greeting patients, managing appointment check-ins, and coordinating the daily schedule
- Answering multi-line phone systems and triaging appointment requests efficiently
- Reviewing and printing prior patient histories for physician use
- Making appointment reminder calls
- Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
- Completing OHIP billing and reconciliation
- Traveling to local referring physician offices to maintain relationships and promote services (mileage reimbursed)
- Supporting the team with other administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (medical experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems
- A self-starter who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and patient-centered care
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Experience:
