Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Bilingual Client Services Project Coordinator (French/English) role on the team.
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 CAN
Work Type: Remote – (ideally from Ontario or Quebec)
Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview:
- This position supports Project Managers in project execution in the Client Services department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions.
- The Project Coordinator role is responsible for providing professional-level administrative support within our client-facing project management team.
- As a key member of the project team, this role will be a part of delivering exceptional quality work to our clients as well as within our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution - Meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting, and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Internal Collaboration - Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects’ lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
- Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurate.
- Understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients, and/or support the project management team in doing so; follow up and communicate client needs internally.
- Reporting & Documentation – Provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for clients, draft project telephone scripts and website text, and assist in the development of business rules.
- Towards this goal, the Project Coordinators will work with the Project Managers in Client Services as well as other operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations.
- This position is responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards.
- A critical component of the job is to manage and resolve complex tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Fluently bilingual required (EN/FR)
- 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment are required.

- Experience in drafting written content for program related materials.
- Strong organizational skillset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience in working with databases is preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
