Denham Ford (BC) Ltd. is an award-winning dealership that sells and services new and used cars, trucks, SUVs and vans in Cranbrook, and throughout the Kootenay region. We hold our sales, parts and service teams to the highest ethical standards to ensure confidence at every stage of the customer experience
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Parts Advisor to our service team.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service
- Quote and receive parts orders for our customers, service and sales departments
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and organization of parts department
- Be a motivated, accountable team player with a customer-first attitude
- Be physically capable of repetitively lifting and moving merchandise up to 50lbs
- Be a punctual, reliable and a confident self-starter
- Remain calm, focused and professional under pressure
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
*Automotive knowledge would be an asset.
