Position Responsibilities:
- Identify vehicle parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC).
- Cross-reference parts accurately using vehicle identification numbers (VIN).
- Fulfill parts orders for shop technicians to minimize downtime.
- Provide price quotes to retail and wholesale customers over the phone.
- Greet counter walk-ins and assist them with product selection.
- Process returns, core exchanges, and factory warranty claims.
- Unpack incoming freight and verify shipments against packing slips.
- Organize warehouse stock by placing parts in designated bins.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to local repair and collision shops.
- Load delivery vehicles safely, securing heavy or hazardous cargo.
- Transport parts securely and on time to wholesale clients.
- Collect payments at delivery sites via cash, cheque, or POS terminals.
- Maintain delivery vehicles by checking fluids, fuel, and cleanliness.
- Log daily mileage and complete vehicle inspection reports.
