Advanced Building Innovation Company is an Ottawa, Ontario based company. ABIC is focused on the research and development of construction technology and material science to bring innovation to the forefront of the building industry. Production homebuilding is the culmination of thousands of moving pieces, aggregating into an exponential number of data points. Exploiting this data to make better decisions, create predictive models and generate dynamic sensitivity analyses will bring low-rise construction into the next industrial revolution. These processes include the integration of manufactured home-components, onsite assembly, and traditional building practices. Success in this area will require experience in supply-chain management, logistics management, computer science, and data analytics.
Solutions and processes developed by the ABIC team are implemented through its parent-company, Caivan Communities. Caivan is an Ottawa-based land development and home building company currently developing over 20 projects across Ottawa, the Greater Toronto Area and South-west Florida.
This organization is ideal for an ambitious, quick-learning, energetic candidate looking to engage in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
