Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for billing purposes
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Familiarity with food industry terminology and serving standards
- Prior host/host or bussing experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing tasks are essential
