Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses & Health Care Aides – British Columbia

Augury Healthcare is currently recruiting compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Care Aides (HCAs) for opportunities with our client across British Columbia.

Compensation
- Registered Nurse: $50.00–$55.00 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse: $37.00–$40.00 per hour
- Health Care Aide: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
Final compensation will be based on the position, experience, qualifications, and assignment requirements.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
As an RN, responsibilities may include:
- Providing safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care
- Completing nursing assessments and monitoring changes in resident health
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition
- Providing clinical guidance and support to members of the care team
- Communicating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting resident safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
As an LPN, responsibilities may include:
- Providing nursing care within your professional scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting resident health and progress
- Supporting individualized care plans
- Recognizing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Collaborating with RNs, HCAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting residents and families with compassion and professionalism
- Promoting a safe and respectful care environment
Health Care Aide Responsibilities
As an HCA, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Supporting bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Supporting safe transfers and repositioning
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Encouraging independence whenever possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Treating every resident with dignity, patience, and respect
