Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role involves leading the installation of heating, ventilation, boilers, hydronics and air conditions, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction and HVAC systems. Duties
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including ductwork, thermostats, and related components
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to execute precise installations
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify proper operation of installed equipment
- Perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems as needed
- Supervise junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and training on installation techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation with strong mechanical knowledge
- Licenses required - G2 gas License, ODP, 313D or apprenticeship
- Valid driver’s license for job site travel
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
