Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of proper sanitation guidelines in a food service setting
