GME Contracting is looking for part time administrative assistant with excellent hours. This position is Mon- Fri 9:00AM - 3:00P.M.Our office is located west of Stony Plain. The administrative assistant will be responsible for the day to day administration of the office, support of all personnel, as well carry out various reporting and support activities for this growing company.
GME Contracting Ltd. provides landscaping, snow removal, parking lot and parkade sweep and scrubs, lawn cutting, and skidsteer service to the surrounding area.
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- A/R and A/P
- Calling and collecting overdue customer accounts
- Write up of quotes and dispatch
- Invoicing and send out to clients
- Other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be an enthusiastic team player
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize work
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word
- Knowledge of Sage
- At least 1 year of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Must have own reliable transportation ( Office is in a rural location with no busing available)
