DealerPILOT HR Automation is hiring an HR Advisor to support our growing needs.
This position will be responsible for providing advisory services to the Automotive Industry, supporting the Advisory team on strategic and internal initiatives and ensuring an incredible customer experience.
If you have the following requirements, we want to hear from you:
- CPHR designation
- A minimum of 3 years of experience dealing with Employee Relations, Interpreting Legislation and providing generalist HR services is essential
- Multi-provincial experience is preferred
- Are you a highly experienced professional who is ready to make an impact on the automotive industry and move beyond an in house role
- A customer first attitude and a willingness to work with both internal and external customers.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a virtual environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills while working remotely
- Exceptional organizational skills and business acumen
- Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent presentation, problem solving, and teamwork skills combined with a high level of ability to work independently
- In depth knowledge of HRIS systems and use of the full Microsoft 360 suite
-Enthusiasm for, and ability to, attend in-person events and client visits is required
As the HR Advisor you will:
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services
- Provide Advisory services to the Automotive Industry on all aspects of Human Resources through written communication, virtual meetings, webinars and standardized documentation and
- Generate HR related content, documentation and presentations
- Work with the Professional Services team on content creation and presentation material
- Participate, as required, in presentations, outreach and multi-media initiatives
- Participate, as required, in strategic initiatives and internal content and HR development
- Stay informed of HR trends and best practices, legislative updates, industry news and challenges, including maintaining ongoing PD to maintain your designation
-Assist clients with recruitment and actively participate in the candidate experience
This is a permanent, full time remote position that requires a high level of self motivation, an aptitude for self directed learning and initiative and the willingness to meet or exceed tight deadlines and shifting priorities. A dedicated workspace is required

Pay: $58,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
