Position: Program Evaluator / Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME)

Compensation: $100 per hour, minimum of $300 for project completion
About the Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Program Evaluator or Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME) to assess and enhance our Flight Attendant Diploma program. This role involves reviewing the program content to ensure it meets industry standards, aligns with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) guidelines, and effectively prepares students for successful careers as flight attendants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of the program curriculum, materials, and delivery methods to confirm alignment with PTIB requirements and industry expectations for flight attendants.
- Provide expert recommendations to enhance course content, training methods, and practical applications, ensuring students acquire the necessary skills for the role.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate feedback and improve overall program effectiveness.
- Complete and submit all required PTIB evaluation documentation.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in flight attendant training, airline operations, or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, preferably within aviation or hospitality education.
- Familiarity with PTIB guidelines and experience ensuring compliance with educational standards.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to developing high-quality educational programs.
Additional Information:
The evaluation process is expected to take approximately 2 hours, with a guaranteed minimum payment of $300. Successful completion of this project may lead to additional opportunities for teaching or program development within the Flight Attendant program, pending PTIB approval.
