Position: Warehouse Lead Hand

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead Hand to join our dynamic team in Calgary. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatchers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse floor, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is an asset.
