Warehouse Associate / Printer Operator

About the Role
We are a leading Canadian sporting goods company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Printer Operator to join our growing team. This unique role combines warehouse operations with custom product printing and engraving. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled, shipped on time, and produced to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify products against packing slips and sales orders.
- Measure, weigh, and label cartons for shipping.
- Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post systems.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory handling and stock organization as required.
Printer Operations
- Operate and maintain Logojet laser printing and engraving equipment.
- Produce high-quality customized products, including bottles and golf balls.
- Prepare artwork files and create print templates.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
- Coordinate production schedules with Customer Service and Production teams.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues and escalate when necessary.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
Assets
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, shipping, or inventory management.
- Experience operating printing, engraving, or production equipment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and RIP software.
- Bilingual English and French.
- Familiarity with courier and shipping systems.
